Do you need funding to get an idea off the ground?

Do have a project that could improve University life for you and your peers? Here's your chance to apply for funding for a project to enrich the student experience.

The Learning Enrichment Fund provides financial support for projects across campus that enrich the lives of students studying at The University of Manchester. To date, student-led projects such as Manchester RAG, Manchester Film Festival, the student radio station Fuse FM, The University of Manchester Symphony Orchestra Tour and the International Society have been funded to a total of almost £400,000.

Through charitable donations to Your Manchester Fund from alumni, staff and friends of the University, the money directly benefits thousands of Manchester students by funding a variety of small projects on campus. These include cultural, sporting or community initiatives, so if you have a bright idea that could enhance life at the University then make sure you apply.

Applications are now being received for funding for any eligible projects that enhance the student experience and environment. The deadline for applications is 4pm on Friday 8 February. Completed application forms must be returned by this date to Emma Dixon-Thom, Division of Development and Alumni Relations, G9 Christie Building or emma.dixon-thom@manchester.ac.uk.

You can find all application forms and guidance here. If you have any queries about the Learning Enrichment fund, please contact Emma Dixon-Thom, Donor Programmes Assistant, on 0161 275 2771 or emma.dixon-thom@manchester.ac.uk
