Some IT services unavailable during Easter period

Blackboard will experience downtime, Owens Park computer cluster to undergo maintenance
Owens Park computer cluster closed between Monday 25th and Wednesday 27th March
As part of on-going work to improve the cluster facilities in halls, the Owens Park cluster will close for a short period during the Easter vacation.
Planned maintenance includes the replacement of several broken light fittings, and a deep clean.
If you're staying in Manchester over the Easter period, and wondering where to work, the Main Library and Joule Library, and Alan Gilbert Learning Commons are open as normal (except for closures over the Easter weekend). A brand new cluster in Simon Building is also open during usual University opening times.
Blackboard unavailable from 4th – 7th April 2013
Due to important maintenance work, Blackboard 9 will not be available from 4pm on Thursday 4th April until midnight on Sunday 7th April.
When planning your work it will be important to take this downtime into account. Please ensure that you download any materials you will need ahead of the period when Blackboard will be unavailable.
