Manchester Student Homes awards

Do you have a good neighbour? Do you know a student or community group that has gone the extra mile?

There are four awards up for grabs in this year's Manchester Student Homes awards:

The Good Neighbours Student Award

Students make up a large proportion of the local community in South and Central Manchester and a huge number have a real positive impact in their area, contributing thousands of volunteering hours to local causes. The Good Neighbours Student Award aims to recognise and reward the students who have gone the extra mile to help in their local community.

The Good Neighbours Community Award

Local Community Groups and Residents’ Associations do a great job of improving the local environment, helping people and improving the feeling of community in the city. The Good Neighbours Community Award seeks to recognise the work local groups do and to offer them support for the future.

Landlord Awards

We want to reward the hard work and professionalism of accredited landlords and private halls who go the extra mile to provide outstanding service to their tenants.

If you think that your landlord or private hall has had a positive impact on your student experience, nominate them for an award and tell us why you think they should win.

Every student who completes the nomination form will be entered into a free prize draw to win £50 worth of Amazon Gift Vouchers.
