How do you find University processes and systems - do they help or hinder?
Published on 1 March 17
We’re looking for your views on the way the University’s student systems and processes have impacted on your time with us – from application, to managing your day-to-day course administration – how have you found it?
The Student Lifecycle Project is a large scale piece of work being done to review and improve the way the university interacts with students and the systems we use to support all students.
For the work to be successful the views of students are vital; we need to make sure that we communicate the project appropriately, that we have fully understood the student perspective and at later stages we will be looking for students to help test new processes or systems.
Interested? We’d love to hear from you and input into the project could also help you gain useful experience of things such as:
- Consulting on a large and complex project
- Working with a range of university staff and meet some of the senior management
- Helping to shape the experience of future students at the university
- Complex project development
Please register your interest and we’ll be in touch to chat through which parts of the project would interest you.
