Tuesday 4th November 2014, 12.00-4.00pm, Academy 2, Student's Union.
Studying abroad offers you the opportunity to broaden your horizons, study at some of the top international universities, travel and make new friends from all over the world.
The personal growth and independence gained through an exchange experience is irreplaceable and life changing. It will also set you apart from the rest of your cohort upon graduation - giving you extra skills and experience to boost your CV and increase your employability.
The Study Abroad Fair gives you the opportunity to explore the options for spending a period abroad at an overseas university as part of your Manchester degree. Chat to past study abroad students and students from around the world to hear about their time abroad and get a feel for what the exchange experience involves, and what the various destinations on offer are like.
There are stands for our various partner institutions in Europe and around the world, including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea as well as the chance to meet the university services that will support you with your study abroad including the International Programmes Office and the Careers Service.
The fair is also your opportunity to find out about crucial upcoming information sessions which you will need to attend to make sure you don’t miss out on studying abroad!
