•Grad schemes – what, when, and how?
You will have heard the term ‘grad schemes’ used, or maybe other job titles such as graduate leadership programme or graduate fast track. Graduate schemes typically last between one to three years and allow recent graduates to experience different placements within an organisation so they can gain an understanding of how it works whilst building a range of skills.
