Have you received inspirational teaching or outstanding support from University staff this year?
Why not nominate your lecturer, graduate teaching assistant, or support staff for a Manchester Teaching Award?
Organised by the Students' Union and the University, the Manchester Teaching Awards are a great way for you to recognise and reward your favourite lectures, postgraduate teachers, and support staff for the amazing work that they do.
You can nominate staff in the following catagories:
- Best Lecturer : who inspires and motivates you with an obvious enthusiasm for their subject?
- Most Innovative Lecturer : who brings their subject alive using unusual or innovative teaching methods?
- Most Accessible Lecturer : who goes the extra mile to make their lectures/resources accessible to disabled students?
- Best "Postgraduate that Teaches" : which postgraduate has contributed most to the delivery of quality teaching?
- Best Personal / Academic Advisor : which Personal / Academic Advisors has provided the most exceptional support?
- Best Support Staff Member / Team : which non-academic staff go out of their way to help and support you?
