Up to date information on Exams – make sure you know the rules and regulations, the ins an outs and the dos and don’ts before you turn up for your end of year exams
Working hard for upcoming exams and assignments, there is a lot of information to process. Don’t rely on how your exams worked in the past, or what you heard from a friend – double check all the details well in advance. Then all you have to worry about on the day is turning up.
Exam timetable and deadlines
Check you know the date and time of your exams and assignment deadlines. Sometimes deadlines are midday, not 5pm and late submissions may not be accepted. Check where your exams are being held, carefully plan your journey to arrive at least thirty minutes before it is due to start.
Don’t forget – where you usually study and where your exams are held don’t have to be related, exams can be held on the Oxford Road Campus, Sackville street campus, or even down in Fallowfield.
- Check your timetable contains all your exams, and you know the time and place to show up
- Make sure you know the exact date and time of your deadlines, and you have adhered to the rules of submission i.e. how many copies you need, line spacing, if it should be printed double sided, have you referenced correctly
