If you feel you are a few steps behind, or just need a nudge towards your dream job, then make the most of free Summer Careers Events throughout June which can help you with job hunting, applications, interviews and assessment centres. The  Graduate Recruitment Fair has a prestigious reputation, and although it is organised by the Manchester Careers Service, students and graduates travel from across the country to meet potential employers and representatives from major organisations. With two days and over 160 different employers and course provides across all disciplines, many with immediate vacancies, this could be the opportunity to land your dream job. The service includes one-to-one advice including interview preparation  and CV and application help (available over the phone or by email if you have left Manchester), exclusive job vacancies, and all the information and resources on the careers website and CareersLink where you can view the latest vacancies and upcoming events. You will no longer be able to access your University email address from 31 July, make sure you update your email address on the student portal so you can still access CareersLink.
