New out of hours service for IT and Library queries

Students can now access an Out of Hours Service Desk for IT and Library enquiries.
The new service runs in conjunction with the existing Library and IT Service Desks to provide telephone support 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
The Out of Hours Service Desk can be contacted by calling the usual University of Manchester IT Service Desk or Library Enquiries telephone numbers;

The new service will better support the varied working hours and varying locations of the University's diverse body of students.
Please note: The Library Electronic Resources Help Desk (0161 275 7388) number will also divert to the Out of Hours Service Desk when their office is closed.
