Thank goodness that's over!

Now exams have finished it’s time to get your head around the final few months on your course.

First of all, don't panic!

It's not too late!

There's still plenty of time to plan what you'd like to do, even if you haven't got a clue! There are plenty of good jobs and graduate programmes out there. You can keep updated on vacancies and opportunities from the Careers Service.

Get active

Don't worry if you haven't had a chance to get that 2016 diet underway or signed up for those gym classes yet. There's still plenty of time to be healthier and get fitter. Next week sees the launch of Sporticipate. There are loads of free sport and fitness activities you can try.

Maybe all you need is to sign up to the Great Manchester Run 10k to spur you on to discovering your inner Paula or Mo? The University is offering a place for £20 (nearly half price) to be part of a 1000 strong purple wave. There's loads of support so whether you're a seasoned pro or have never run before this could be your chance for 10k victory.

Manage your time

Even though you're on the final stretch there are some handy skills to adopt. The pressures of exams and coursework deadlines don't go away in the final semester so managing your time is useful to ensure you can fit in everything you have to do, be it social or academic!

See something new

Finally, if you're planning on leaving Manchester in the summer, see something new while you're still here. There are some amazing spaces and places to visit and most are for free. You'll not regret it!
