Ahead of International Women’s Day, the Women in Media Conference returns for its second year. Created by student journalists from the University, the conference celebrates women in the media and hears their stories.

Women in Media gives delegates the opportunities to celebrate and learn from successful women in journalism, radio, TV, blogging, PR and many more through a selection of keynote speeches, panel sessions and workshops. Some of this year’s speakers include Kate Cocker (award winning radio producer), Grace Victory (blogger and YouTuber), Lucy Moon (vlogger) and Emma Goswell (broadcast journalist) and many more.

The conference will be held on Saturday 4 March – Sunday 5 March from 10am – 5pm at the People’ History Museum. For the full line-up and to find out more about the conference click here.
