Try a new sport or fitness class this week

Every week there are over 60 hours of free sports sessions ranging from swimming and touch rugby to belly dance and aerobics, make this your week to get involved.

One of the biggest regrets of many graduates is not getting more involved in a club or society through their years at uni. But clubs are expensive and require commitment, right? Wrong. Sporticipate is the free, drop-in, beginner level sport and physical activity programme at The University of Manchester.

As well as weekly activities, Sporticipate also hosts one-off events and 'learn to' courses which allow you to try out some exciting new sports. These include 6-week diving courses and 4-week scuba courses that are repeated throughout the year. Anyone can just turn up and give it a go.

On the 16 November, you can even join us at the awesome Jumpnation indoor trampoline park for only £3!

Don't miss out on a whole host of diverse activities and like Sporticipate on Facebook for more information and to register for any up-coming events.
