•International Volunteering Opportunities Summer 2015
If you want to step out of your comfort zone and experience something new this summer, you should start thinking about some of our international volunteering opportunities.
•Team Uganda - opportunity to volunteer abroad in Uganda this summer!
This summer we are running Team Uganda – the first overseas volunteering project exclusively for University of Manchester students. We are sending 12 students to volunteer alongside S.A.L.V.E International, a charity based in Manchester and working in Uganda to help develop their projects in key areas.

With the Taught Masters open day coming up and the announcement of the Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme for postgraduate study it's a great time to think about where a postgraduate qualification could take you.
•The Life Foundation – volunteer in Romania or India this summer
The Life Foundation aims to enhance the well-being of people living in challenging conditions and empower them through education, and effective therapeutic services. They are forward thinking and ethically and socially responsible in their work.

Due to the popularity of ebooks on demand, the Library has now spent the budget and the current cycle of ebooks-on-demand is closed for this academic year.
